By leaving your luggage in our luggage storage, you accept our terms and conditions set in this document, on your behalf and / or on behalf of any other interested person.

The luggage storage service consists in keeping in storage at our lockers (luggage deposit with automatic lockers) your luggage/items for the period indicated at the moment of your storage  and specifically from the day and time of delivery of the luggage/item to the estimated day and time you indicated at the moment of your storage. You have to remember your pin code to close and open the locker, and the locker number. Experience Luggage Rome will not be able to open the locker under any circumstances without the pin code. The store is open seven days a week, business hours 6 – 21. The store is equipped with an alarm system with 24 hours video-surveillance linked to the local authorities and private surveillance.

Access is limited to persons over the age of 18 or accompanied minors.

Location is completely non-smoking.

Maximum weight allowed per locker is 30 KG.

The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the door of the locker is securely closed before leaving the location and has not left any valuables, or any documents required for travel in the luggage, for which the Customer remains responsible and for which Experience Luggage Rome declines all liability.

No storage of perishable foodstuffs is permitted.

Animals are forbidden in all lockers and in the luggage.

The customer has to accept that the contents of the luggage are not prohibited items, according to Italian laws.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that Experience Luggage Store and / or any Governmental Authority have the right to open and inspect the luggage at any time for security reasons.

Customer is hereby informed that does not have a right to withdraw from the transaction, which the Customer expressly waives in light of the specificity of the service, and that the storage  is non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for the luggage and its content and must check he/she has left nothing inside the locker when he/she leaves the location for the last time.

In case of late withdrawal of luggage, the customer will be able to withdraw the luggage/item after the charge payment. Extra charges are foreseen for each hour/ day of delay.

Any forgotten or unclaimed luggage will be destroyed after 7 days from the estimated day/hour  indicated at the moment of the storage.  If forwarding a forgotten item is requested, the Customer shall bear all costs thereof, which shall be payable in advance. A fee of € 35 will be required , plus shipping costs, which depend on the weight, destination and shipping method (ordinary post, UPS, etc.).

Experience Luggage Rome shall not be liable for any negligence of the Customer. The customer is liable for any damage caused to other people’s luggage in case of storage of prohibited items or poorly packaged items. Experience Luggage Rome disclaims all liability in case of delayed and/or unclaimed luggage/item.  Any dispute in connection with the storage will be governed by Italian law.

Lasciando il tuo bagaglio nel nostro deposito bagagli, accetti i nostri termini e condizioni indicati in questo documento, per conto tuo e/o per conto di qualsiasi altra persona interessata.

Il servizio di deposito bagagli consiste nel conservare il tuo bagaglio/oggetti presso i nostri armadietti (deposito bagagli con armadietti automatici) per il periodo indicato al momento del deposito, e specificamente dal giorno e ora di consegna del bagaglio/oggetto al giorno e ora stimati indicati al momento del deposito. Devi ricordare il tuo codice PIN per chiudere e aprire l’armadietto, e il numero dell’armadietto. Experience Luggage Rome non sarà in grado di aprire l’armadietto in nessuna circostanza senza il codice PIN. Il negozio è aperto sette giorni su sette, con orario di apertura dalle 6 alle 21. Il negozio è dotato di un sistema di allarme con videosorveglianza 24 ore su 24 collegato alle autorità locali e alla sorveglianza privata.

L’accesso è limitato a persone di età superiore ai 18 anni o a minori accompagnati.

La location è completamente non fumatori.

Il peso massimo consentito per armadietto è di 30 KG.

Il cliente è anche responsabile di assicurarsi che la porta dell’armadietto sia chiusa in modo sicuro prima di lasciare la location e di non aver lasciato oggetti di valore o documenti necessari per il viaggio nel bagaglio, di cui il Cliente rimane responsabile e per i quali Experience Luggage Rome declina ogni responsabilità.

Non è consentito il deposito di alimenti deperibili.

Gli animali sono vietati in tutti gli armadietti e nei bagagli.

Il cliente deve accettare che il contenuto del bagaglio non sia costituito da oggetti proibiti, secondo le leggi italiane.

Il cliente riconosce e accetta che Experience Luggage Store e/o qualsiasi Autorità Governativa abbiano il diritto di aprire e ispezionare il bagaglio in qualsiasi momento per motivi di sicurezza.

Il cliente è informato che non ha il diritto di recedere dalla transazione, il che il Cliente rinuncia espressamente in considerazione della specificità del servizio, e che il deposito non è rimborsabile. Il Cliente è responsabile del bagaglio e del suo contenuto e deve verificare di non aver lasciato nulla all’interno dell’armadietto quando lascia la location per l’ultima volta.

In caso di ritiro tardivo del bagaglio, il cliente potrà ritirare il bagaglio/oggetto dopo il pagamento del supplemento. Sono previsti costi aggiuntivi per ogni ora/giorno di ritardo.

Qualsiasi bagaglio dimenticato o non reclamato sarà distrutto dopo 7 giorni dalla data/ora stimata indicata al momento del deposito. Se viene richiesto l’inoltro di un oggetto dimenticato, il Cliente dovrà sostenere tutti i costi, che saranno pagabili in anticipo. Sarà richiesta una tariffa di € 35, oltre ai costi di spedizione, che dipendono dal peso, dalla destinazione e dal metodo di spedizione (posta ordinaria, UPS, ecc.).

Experience Luggage Rome non sarà responsabile per negligenza del Cliente. Il cliente è responsabile per qualsiasi danno causato al bagaglio di altre persone in caso di deposito di oggetti proibiti o mal confezionati. Experience Luggage Rome declina ogni responsabilità in caso di ritardo e/o bagaglio/oggetto non reclamato. Qualsiasi controversia in relazione al deposito sarà regolata dalla legge italiana.
